J.W. Construction to build Hilton hotel in Wroclaw

The company J.W. Construction, which recently announced plans to build a Hilton hotel in Wroclaw, will also act as both the general coordinator for the undertaking as well as its contractor.
J.W. Construction recently purchased from Star Enterprises 50% of the shares in the company Wings Properties, which was set up especially to build the hotel-apartment building in Wroclaw. The investment is estimated to be worth PLN 230m (€56.1m) net and in the opinion of J.W. Construction representatives the contract may ensure the contractor a good profit margin. The construction work is slated to get underway this summer and should be concluded prior to the beginning of the Euro 2012 football tournament.
