New hotel to appear in Wroclaw

The company ComfortExpress intends to put up a hotel in the neighbourhood of a sports stadium currently under construction on the outskirts of Wroclaw. The property developer Temar will be responsible for carrying out the investment.
The three-star hotel will contain 400 guest rooms, conference halls capable of accommodating up to 1,200 people, and sports and recreation facilities. The investment is set to get underway at the beginning of next year and the stadium is to be ready before the commencement of the Euro 2012 football tournament. The project will cost roughly PLN 100m (€24.4m).
