Murapol preparing for GPW debut

Property developer Murapol is planning to make its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) still in 2010. The company is currently preparing the issue prospectus. The Apartamenty Cieszynska project in Krakow's district of Krowodrza has been the last project completed by Murapol. The project comprises 26 flats. Key geographical areas of the company's activity include the south of Poland, but Murapol also plans to gain market foothold in Poland's largest cities, including Gdansk, Poznan, Warsaw and Wroclaw.
