2010-07-26

In H1 2010, the property developer Dolcan found buyers for 281 flats it had on offer. Additionally, the company acquired customers for 10% of the dwellings in its Aleja Krakowska project in Warsaw
Two- and three-bedroom dwellings with floor area of 40-60 m² were the most popular among buyers in the first six months of 2010. Customers included mostly young married couples who bought their apartments under the government-run scheme designated as "A Family's Own Home".
