Panattoni finds buyers for three projects

The property developer Panattoni Europe has sold to the fund Standard Life Investments three projects with a combined value of just under €56m.
The offloaded warehouses are Panattoni Park Robakowo located 16 km from the centre of Poznan, Panattoni Park Garwolin situated 60 km to the south east of Warsaw and Panattoni Park Teresin lying within the capital itself. The three facilities provide a combined surface area of 87,000 m².
In the last few months Panattoni Europe and Standard Life Investments have sold to the fund European Property Investors Special Opportunities five projects located in Lodz, Poznan and Pruszkow. The total value of the transactions amounts to €91m.
