New shopping complex planned for Warsaw

TK Development intends to put up a series of commercial-retail buildings at the corner of sw. Wincentego and Malborska Streets in the Polish capital.
The complex, called Tivoli Commercial, will comprise five units with floor areas ranging from 300 to 900 m² and featuring shops and service outlets, as well as one building that will serve as the seat of a medical centre. The floor areas of the commercial units will range from 100 m² upwards. The buildings will be used for commercial functions and each will be equipped with parking facilities. The deadline for completing the investment is June 2011.
