Skanska investing in Wroclaw

The company Skanska Property Poland has won a tender to buy a land parcel on Szczytnicka Street in Wroclaw.
The purchased plot has a total floor area of 5,800 m² and the company is obliged to complete an investment on it within four years. No decision has yet been made regarding the architectural design of the planned undertaking and nor does the contract for the sale of the real estate specify what type of building or structure must be erected on the plot.
To date the company has completed one other project in the city - an office building called the Grunwaldzki Center on Reagan Roundabout. Moreover, in April this year it began building an office complex called Green Towers on Strzegomska Street.
