New flats to appear in Warsaw's Wilanow district

The company
Wilanow Investments intends to put up a housing complex in Warsaw's Wilanow district. The general contractor for the investment is the firm
Henpol.
The complex will comprise three six-storey units featuring a total of 247 flats. Each building will be equipped with its own underground parking garage and the contractor will likewise be responsible for installing technical infrastructure and developing the site. The investment will cost PLN 72m (€17.9m). The construction work began in July this year and is slated for completion in June 2012.
