Echo paving the way for new investment in Raciborz

The company Echo Investment intends to buy a plot on Plac Dlugosza in Raciborz, where it is planning a new retail development. The transaction is worth an estimated PLN 8m (€2m), ISB reported.
The sale of the land is to be finalised in September this year. Within the framework of the project the investor plans to put up a shopping centre with a floor area exceeding 2,000 m². It will include stores representing various brands as well as retail-service units and food and beverage outlets. The undertaking is slated to begin in the next 12 months.
