Panattoni building manufacturing facility for Zelmer

The concern Zelmer is setting up a production unit outside Rzeszow. It will operate in the Special Economic Zone Euro-Park Mielec, according to Puls Biznesu.
The investment will be built by Panattoni, which will also become its owner. Panattoni will lease the factory to Zelmer for a period of at least 15 years. The facility will have a total floor area of approximately 32,000 m² and will house machinery from the concern's existing plant. Furthermore, the company also plans to purchase new equipment. According to the project timetable, the complex will be ready by July 2011.
