Griffin Real Estate investment in Cieszyn almost ready

The property developer Griffin Real Estate is in the final stages of renovating a tenement building on 20 Rynek Street in the town of Cieszyn, Puls Biznesu reported.
It has completed work on the commercial section of the four-storey edifice and it is currently restoring the elevations and refurbishing the building's interior. According to the developer's plans, the tenement will contain 36 single- and two-room apartments with floor areas ranging from 49 to 135 m². On the other hand, the basement and ground floor will be used for commercial functions. The undertaking is expected to be finished by the end of Q3 or the beginning of Q4 2010.
