Lofts to appear in Krakow's Grzegorzki district

The property developer
Gerium Polska is planning to build a housing complex in Krakow's Grzegorzki district. It will be located on the site of the former Zaklady Zieleniewskiego factory.
Within the framework of the investment some of the existing buildings will be restored and converted into lofts. In addition, the developer will put up a number of new units made of clinker brick whose architectural style will be based on the surrounding buildings. The architectural design for the project was prepared by a consortium comprising the firms NS Moon Studio and Wizja, and the construction design is currently awaiting the approval of the Krakow Architectural Office.
