Construction of Lodz little bypass set to cost PLN 421m

The Trasa Gorna road, which will function as a "little bypass" around Lodz, will cost PLN 421m (€105.7m), half of which will be covered by EU funds. The task of designing and constructing the road has been entrusted to the firm
Mosty-Lodz, according to
Dziennik Lodzki.
The planned road will link Rzgowska and Pabianicka Streets. The undertaking has been divided into stages, which will be carried out simultaneously. In the first stage the contractor will construct the fragment between Pabianicka and Paradna Streets, while in the second stage it will build the section between Paradna and Rzgowska Streets. The investment is to be completed by Q4 2013.
