Dolnoslaskie Surowce Skalne buys real estate for PLN 4.2m

Dolnoslaskie Surowce Skalne (DSS)
has bought two plots in the town of Pilawa Gorna from
Nova Polska-Majatek Rolny Zamczysko. Among other things, part of an aggregate processing plant is located on the land.
The company paid a total of PLN 4.2m (€1m) for the two land parcels, which are 2 ha and 10.6 ha in size. Thanks to the investment the company is now the owner of almost all the land on which the processing plant operates. DSS also plans to buy back from
Nova Polska real estate adjacent to the production facility and mine with a total area exceeding 9.6 ha. To acquire these two properties the investor must pay PLN 7.8m (€1.9m) by October 2011.
