Construction of Goplana shopping centre to begin in H1 2011?

The company
Goplana MGC Inwest is to begin the construction of a new retail investment in the area around Niepodleglosci, Dabrowskiego, Wroblewskiego and Krolowej Jadwigi Streets in the town of Leszno in H1 2011, according to
Panorama Leszczynska.
As
Polish Construction Review reported earlier, Galeria Goplana will be retail-commercial centre with a total leasable floor area of 28,000 m² and hosting around 120 stores. In addition, a car park with room for up to 780 vehicles will be located on the roof of the building. According to the timetable announced by the investor, the construction work will take 18 months to complete. The undertaking will cost an estimated PLN 300m (€75.2m). The company is currently awaiting the approval of a spatial development plan that would allow the investment to go ahead.
