Family House to build flats in Poznan

The company Family House is planning to erect a new residential building in Debiec district in Poznan. Preparatory work is currently underway on the construction site.
It will be five storeys in height and contain a total of 102 flats with floor areas ranging from 28 to 80 m². The building will also feature its own underground garage. The investment is to be completed by the end of 2011 or the beginning of 2012, and the flats will qualify for the government's "A Family's Own Home" programme.
