New office building to appear in Lublin city centre

The company Boxelder is planning to put up a new office centre at the intersection of Marii Panny, Dolna, Rusalki and Moscickiego Street in Lublin.
The Epsilon Center, as the edifice has been christened, will be a four-storey structure with approximately 2,000 m² of class B+ office space. Work on the undertaking is scheduled to begin at the end of 2010 or the beginning of 2011, and the project will be completed by Q4 2011. The investor already has a legally binding construction permit for the office building.
