New investment of Budimex Nieruchomosci in Poznan

Budimex Nieruchomosci is beginning work on a new residential estate at Smolna Street, Nowe Miasto district, in Poznan.
The first phase of the investment, called Osiedle na Smolnej, envisages a four-storey building with 178 flats of 30-117 m², each with either a balcony or a terrace. The complex will be gated and designed for 24/7 surveillance. The flats comply with the requirements of the government programme Family's Own Home. The first phase of the project is to be completed in April 2012.
