Another phase of Miasteczko Regaty up for sale

Dom Development has expanded its offer by another, fifth phase of Miasteczko Regaty estate at Kobialki Street in Warsaw.
As part of this phase, the developer will build two three-storey buildings with 180 flats in all. The project also provides for the construction of an underground garage for 139 vehicles and storage space for residents. Stage five is to be completed in Q2 2012.
The entire project envisages three-storey multi-family buildings, as well as 88 single-family dwellings in semi-detached and terraced formats.
