Wartość projektów związanych z przygotowaniami do Mistrzostw Europy w Piłce Nożnej Euro 2012 w Polsce szacowana jest obecnie na blisko 95 mld zł, niemal dwukrotnie więcej niż projekty planowane na Ukrainie. Najwięcej przetargów na realizację projektów na Euro ogłoszonych i rozstrzygniętych zostanie w 2009 r. W 2010 r. większość inwestycji będzie znajdowała się w fazie realizacji, dlatego lata 2010-2011 w polskim budownictwie będą zdecydowanie lepsze niż rok obecny.
